Dead touch screen area

S24 Ultra. There is an area of my screen that sometimes does not respond to touch. Sometimes it does but mostly it doesn't. In portrait mode it is about ½ inch from the bottom and extends the width of the screen. It's the area where if there's a keyboard showing, it's where the spacebar and shift keys are. I have the latest OS upgrade, I've set the screen to maximum sensitivity and have done a hard reset, and have had the screen replaced; nothing changed. Short of buyin a new phone, is there a fix for this?
