How do we replace the keyboard?

@einkaiserp36872 depends on if this is the key that is broken or just the keycap. If the key itself is broken then you would need to replace the keyboard.
It looks like the keyboard is screwed into the palmrest cover (top cover).
At minimum, you're going to have to remove the Motherboard and then remove the screws that hold the keyboard to the palmrest.
If it is the keycap then you can replace that. To do so, check this video for the Q series keycap replacement technique.
