Why there is no display
my ps2 sim 7000xxxx model it turns on but with no display at all like nothing the tv it shows the usual no sign icon

Hi!
Did you tried some new AV cables? Would try this first and see what happens.
You can also test on another TV.
If this is not it, it could be a lot of things. Most likely something is happening on the motherboard... Could be a faulty GPU causing issues.
Can you try the above first and see how that goes? Thanks!
