Not staying running problem?

Older model Mr. Heater, MH50K, replaced dry rotted hoses and had to play with adjustment to get to burn but it runs for 30 seconds and then stops. All I have to do is power off and back on and it will run another 30 seconds. Doesn't seem to be the limit switch because I can unplug it and it will still run the 30 seconds. I don't see any other safeties for this. Any ideas?

Hi @tatertater80500

Wonder if it's a problem with the flame sensor (part ID #31 in the parts list linked below)

Here's the parts list and wiring diagram that may help, so that you can check it out.

Thank you. You are right the flame sensor had failed. I just didn't have one to try when I was troubleshooting it and didn't want to jump it. I used my multimeter and sure enough no continuity, but I wasn't sure. Visited local HVAC store and bought one for a home furnace which I had to do a little MacGyver on to plug in and mount, but it works! Thank you for your idea and schematic. That's always a big help.
