No WiFi after case change

I recently changed out the entire screen and case on my iPhone 4s because of a cracked screen. After taking it apart and putting it all back together I no longer have Wi-Fi. I tried to reset, but no luck.

Any ideas on what I might have done to kill my Wi-Fi and what I can check/replace to fix it?
