Open up your Settings.

Scroll down and hit About phone.

Tap on Software information.

Look for Build number and tap it seven times in quick succession.

If it asks, enter your phone’s PIN, pattern, or password.

You should get a little message saying something like "Developer mode has been enabled."

Head back to the main Settings page and scroll all the way down; you’ll now spot Developer options right above or below About phone. (or just type "Developer option" in the search bar in the settings menu)
