This is a known quirk with Samsung's storage analysis. It is highly unlikely your actual System OS is taking up 92% of the drive; instead, your Apps and Media are likely being mislabeled as "System" data.
Here are the two most common fixes for this:
1. The 'Missing Permissions' Fix (Most Likely) Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Storage. Look at the breakdown list. If you see a small "i" (information) icon next to the Apps category, it means the phone doesn't have permission to analyze your apps yet.
2. Clear Hidden Log Files If the permissions are fine, your phone might be full of error logs.

Your system storage is large because of cached files. old updates, and temporary data.
Quick fix...
If it still shows 90%+ backup your data and reset the device this usually fixes it.
