To clean the speakers just use a soft cloth or brush, no liquids.
For the microphone you can use a soft brush, compressed air (from a can) in brief puffs, or you can use a toothpick being cautious not to push dirt and lint farther in.
(the microphone is offset inside in it's own little niche, you won't poke it with the toothpick)
