Original screen touch dead after got a reset counter on panic
I was testing the iPhone 7 with other battery without BMS and yes it does boot and work for like 3 minutes then it will missing the sensor TG0B during thermalmonitord checkin and reset, but before the reset the touch is working fine but after that my touch are gone and i tried hard reset but still cant bring touch back
Nothing teared, i think the diode or touch IC gone wrong, screen is orginial from 2016, not changed any part inside, no broken FPC pins. Causes? Or any fix, the screen is completely usable before the reset so no way the digitizer IC on it died

I have seen many issues with the iphone 7 over the years. However, I have never seen any sort of connection between a TG0B (Missing communication with the battery) and a screens touch not working.
I think for some reason or another - not related to the kernel panic from the TG0B communication missing - that your screen has failed. Wish I could be more help, but I can tell you that they are not related.
If no flex cables are torn, the FPCs are good, and nothing else inside had been changed - like you said - I would invest in a replacement screen to verify if that resolves the issue, before you start jumping into a specific logic board failure.
You did say you tested it without BMS - are you saying you just hooked up + and - of a lithium ion to it? (Shouldn't cause any damage, but will give you the TG0B, as its not communicating with the BMS/Gas gauge)
