Limp mode, p1682 “Driver 5 Line 2” cel code
Truck has been driving rough the past month to 2 months. Ran a code reader to find out 8-10 codes popped up and 70% of those codes were O2 related (this truck does have an exhaust leak on the driver cat). The other 30% of codes (some codes go away and pop right back up) was the p1682 I mentioned in the title, faulty maf code (removed and clean sensor) and misfire but just recently replaced plugs/wires and double checked everything.
So It seems I can drive the truck so far then eventually it will kick into limp (no acceleration and tachometer revs rapidly while engine shakes aggressively) mode leaving me stranded unless I replace a 15amp ecu/trans fuse and reset the computer via battery terminal. The battery that’s in the vehicle isn’t the correct oem rated cca, (615 cca) instead it’s a much higher cca (690+) and reserve minutes.
Would that cause a issue with lack of power/blown fuses? Has anyone experienced/experiencing these issues? Purchased the truck 5 months ago and don’t want to get rid of it but its giving me a headache honestly for someone thats mechanically inclined, I realized I really don’t know much past a intermediate level knowledge of vehicles.

Hi @shadesofgre4441
What is the year and engine size of the vehicle?
