@bekaushu the only thing you can try is to check your phones settings. So go ahead and check:
Dialer ==> Settings ==> Calling Accounts/Supplementary Services ==> Call Waiting and carrier service.
After that try the dialer codes (*43# to enable, #43# to disable, *#43# to check) and enable VoLTE. If that is already on or does not wok, you will need to contact your carrier.
This is not a hardware or repair related issues, but a user settings and service provider issue.
