I need a sync button and a side panel grate for an xbox one as the console i got does not possess these two parts and could do with having those two to make the console complete
also need a front panel as well as the latches are damaged and need to replace that also

That would be a question for the iFixit Store personnel. This is the repair forum, and to the best of my knowledge the Store folks don't generally hang out here keeping an eye out for store-related questions. You'll undoubtedly have better luck contacting them directly at support@ifixit.com.
That being said, I'm pretty sure they don't have a back room they can go check to see if they have something not listed on the website. I suspect you'll have much better luck checking sites like eBay, AliExpress or Amazon for the parts you're looking for if they're not on the parts page.
