Stuck on the high pressure

My AirSense 10 CPAP device is new. Everything is fine with it, except that from time to time it gets stuck on the high pressure, which doesn't go back down even after the event is over, and then it wakes me up. According to Resmed's local agent, this is a device feature that cannot be altered, and I just have to turn it off and on again. It is not possible for me to wake up four times at night, turn it off, and then on again. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much

If its under warranty, insist or demand repairs, not excuses like cycling power when asleep. If the local agent won't help, try a direct call to ResMed outlining disatisfaction from your local rep and ask if repairs under warranty are covered to correct this problem.

I downloaded the pressure graph to my computer. According to the results, I adjusted the high pressure from 9 to 10. This shortens the event time. It's alright now. Thank you
