Hi @vadim1256
Check if you can manually rotate the agitator in both directions.
The agitator should only move in one direction.
If it moves in both directions there may be a problem with the agitator dogs.
Here's a video that shows how to replace them that may help you to check if they're all OK.
Search online for 80040 to find suppliers of the part. This is the part number for the dogs in your model washer also.

When i spin it clock wise the agitator spins freely. When I spin it counter clockwise the whole drum spins.
Did you check if the agitator dogs were all OK, you didn't say?
All the agitator dogs seem ok. Someone suggested my actuator may have gone bad.
Could well be the actuator as it shifts the transmission from agitate to spin mode and also lets the control know the speed when spinning
If you decide to replace it make sure to get the correct one for your exact model
There are 5 different NTW4516FW model variants i.e. NTW4516FW0, NTW4516FW1 thru to NTW4516FW4 and they don't all use the exact same one
This is based on some model variants having actuators with a different part number to the others
