My lg75um8070pua recently has stopped displaying but I can tell the screen still has power when on. I bought a repair kit and replaced individually the Tcon, Motherboard, and Power supply board. There is static nosie now but still no picture and 3 red blinks.

@austinr66 since you've already replaced all the boards you know that this is related to your LCD panel. You did not tell us how you " can tell the screen still has power" give us more details about that. Next thing you want to check your backlight.
Take a pictures of the power board, specifically around the connector for the main board. We need to see the legend for that connector.
