Oops, forgot the battery, just do a search with your model and part number to find a supplier... like this EXAMPLE supplier, to find the best source.

@vparedes76713 use this guide Phillips Sonicare 4300 (HX680C) - Fix Unpleasant Noise to get you to the battery. The battery part number for the HX680C would be 4235 010 13068 or 4235 010 1215 which are still 3.7V 800mAh batteries :-)
