Laptop charging but wont turn on

Havent used my macbook in a couple of weeks (i only really use it to make edits and search stuff up) the laptop was ice cold , i plugged it in and the startup logo appeared, left the laptop alone for a bit, then it wouldn’t turn on at all. Charger light turns green when i plug it in then turns orange but refuses to turn on. I literally tried absolutely EVERYTHING and the laptop just refuses to turn on. Thinking it’s a problem with the logic board but i wanna get a second opinion before i replace it

Well... It does sound like a logic board issue often in this series I encounter a blown Capacitor in the power rail circuit. A good tech with micro-soldering experience should be able to identify the bad cap and replace it. So you don't need to waste your money on replacing the logic board.
