My right ear buds

I have Buds fe Samsung. My right earbud has very low volume compared to the left one, even though both are fully charged. I checked the sound balance, reset the earbuds, and tested them on another phone. The issue stayed the same, so it doesn’t seem software-related. The left earbud works normally, but the right one plays very weak sound. There’s also a chance it might have been mixed up with another identical pair at home. Please check if it’s a hardware issue and whether it can be repaired or replaced.
