PS4 not turning on no light no beep no nothing.

So I don’t know whether it’s the actual PSU but my PS4 does not turn on at all no matter what I do. It does not make the beep, there is no light, and it won’t even turn on by the controller or by inserting a disc. I even plugged it into other outlets to no avail. I did open it up and found out there was dust and roach gunk in there (don’t ask why) and there were literally cockroaches inside of it. And no I’m not doing any silly solutions like putting it in a trash bag as it could accidentally get thrown away, nor the suggestion to put it in safe mode will work as that’s literally impossible as how can I access safe mode if it doesn’t turn on? I’m fairly certain it’s the power supply…. Is this the case and how do I clean out the junk to prevent this from happening?
