Page 24 of your repair manual HERE goes over how to replace them. You can also easily find videos on-line that show the hinge repair. You will need to find the hinges to replace them, but again a search on-line will give you options, I just searched both of those things and found multiple videos and multiple suppliers for the hinges... only the battery is stocked here so you are on your own... if you need help at any point, feel free to ask for more help. That should be all you need though...
