Initial google tv set up and automatic power off screen

I always have to set up my Google id. Region,county,and all the initial process everytime ,I power on my tv and nowadays that manually button option appears automatically ,volume up and down and then tv goes power off.

Please help

Is it internal memory loss problem or any software glitch?
