Samsung A 73 refuses to charge after battery replacement

I have a Samsung A73. After I replaced the battery, it then refuses to charge and said temperature too cold. Then I turned it off and when I attempt to charge it again whilst the phone is off, it displays the yellow triangle with thermometer and vibrate once. When I tried to turn it on it refuses to. I then replaced the ribbon and the charging port but this still happens. What could have gone wrong and how can I fix it?
