@standavidson the PT cruiser has never been known for great gas mileage. It is listed as using 17 MPG city and 23 MPG highway for older models, up to 21 MPG city and 26 MPG highway for later models. For now, I suggest you perform a service that includes new plugs and wires, new air filter and an oil change. While you change your plugs, take a good look at the plug faces and since that will tell you a lot about how your Cruiser burns it's fuel.
