Hi!
This can be caused by a lot of things…
From the PSU to the GPU/CPU or any other small electronic chip on the motherboard.
First, I would test with another PSU and see what that do.

Otherwise, you might want to check out the motherboard and check for damage/shorts etc.
You can replace the motherboard, but this will be more expensive..
