My adoptar is cannot charge mobile

Hard to say if it's an adapter problem or a phone problem at this point; you haven't given us enough information to go on. At the very least, tell us what phone you have and what happens when you plug in the charger. Have you tried a different charger? Can you measure the voltage output from your charger to verify it's working?
