Strange horizontal lines on display Samsung LH55EDD

Hello, I have a Samsung LH55EDD TV. It has vertical lines across half the screen. The screen works, but the colors are strange and the screen appears to be in 5 hertz. Will replacing the T-CON controller help, or is it a faulty matrix controller?

@amugus this is not a T-con error. This very much looks like an issue with the COG (chip on glass) This is where the horizontal GATE drivers connect to the panel (embedded in the glass). You can try and check the CKV lines on your right driver board of the panel and see if (disrupting) those, will work. Ultimately, yes, this is a panel issue.

When I get home today, I can send more photos of the TV, but when I moved the matrix ribbon cables earlier, it didn't help. I'll try again today. What photos would be helpful?
