Hello,
In the Samsung S21 5G adhesive kit, there are four small pieces: three rectangles of the same size and one larger rectangle. I couldn’t find any information about where they should be placed. Does anyone know where they go?

I did this 2x on mine and I don't think I used them, but I believe the large on might go on the battery to hold it in place and the smaller ones hold things like the front facing camera if you removed it. I can tell you that the circumferential one must be place onto the frame and stuck down BEFORE removing the backing. Otherwise, you will make a mess of it.

Hello, the oem battery comes with adhesive, so you don't need any. As you said, you don't need any of the small rectangles, at least if you only replace the battery. The one from the middle of the photo is for the back noise canceling microphone, near the flash.

@littlegreenrock That's for ultra. Already solved, you don't need those small rectangles if you disassemble only the parts needed to replace the battery. They might be needed for the camera modules, or something else. Thank you.
