Drain pump not working
Ge gfw550ss5ww has 20V going to drain pump. Is this clearly bad control board or could pressure sensor or something else cause this. Pump ohms 20. Have tried new pump assembly.

Here's an link that shows where to find the mini manual for the washer or how to obtain it if it isn't there. (The mini manual is GE part # 31-3000269, but I can't find a free download online)
The manual details how to run the diagnostic tests and usually also has a wiring diagram as well. May be best to get it first to avoid just throwing parts at the problem.

I have this and using measurements taken I was just wondering if anything else could cause the control board to send only 20V to pump.
Looking at images of the pump motor it requires 120V AC to operate.
Try disconnecting the pump from the control board and check what the voltage going to the pump is at the board (or the pump harness wires).
Looking at images of the control board there seems to be relays on the board. Perhaps one is used to connect power to the pump motor when needed.
I was hoping that there may be a schematic in the mini manual that would show the pump operate circuit so that you could check.
