Keep in mind that I'm a volunteer moderator so I don't actually work for or represent iFixit, but I haven't seen any cases where they were able to supply a part not listed on their parts pages, so I suspect they aren't going to be able to help.
That being said, this is the repair forum and to the best of my knowledge the iFixit Store personnel do not hang out here keeping an eye out for Store-related questions. You'll have better luck contacting them directly via email at support@ifixit.com.

I do not believe iFixit sells these. I can only find this cable on other sites.

I was able to fix it by restoring the contacts on the flex cable (liquid damage).
But it would still be interesting to know how to get this flex cable in the future.
