ifixit doesn't carry any parts for the device but here's the service manual that may help you to find them.
On p.55 of 62 it shows the part numbers for the various battery compartment components. The battery clips are part #13, #14 & #17.
If you search online for the part number only, there are results for suppliers. Here's just one example I found when searching for 0234-4025-300 (part #14)
