Sorento 2017 battery is keep dying

my battery is keep dying, i changed the battery 3 times and with each new battery, there is no change

@sammehri we will need you to be a bit more specific. Your battery dies how? What does it do? What exactly happens? How do you know it has died vs. just discharged?

Hi @sammehri

Use a voltmeter and check if there's 13.8V-14.5V DC across the battery terminals when the motor is running.

If there's <13.8V DC then the battery isn't being charged properly.

Could be a faulty alternator or voltage regulator perhaps.

Be safety aware when testing the battery as the engine is running!

I agree with the others that clarifying the problem a bit more is needed. Since you've tried more batteries, and I am assuming they were fully charged & known good, the next things I would inspect are 1) the alternator and 2) any aftermarket add ons that tap into the battery power (like LED bulb upgrades for the headlights).
