How to restore my turbo and engine

My car won't start and when I went to take a look at my engine it seemed that a few stuff were missing

@lunathimat37748 this "seemed that a few stuff were missing" would be kind of bad. You will need to identify exactly what is missing (why is it missing). If you are unsure about any of this, then you want to go ahead and take a couple of pictures (well focused) and post those with your Question. That way we can try and help you identify the missing parts. After that, we can try and help you further with your debacle. Adding images to an existing question

You did mention Turbo, that would make your engine most likely a 2.8L engine. Just for completeness sake, I added the 2006 Jeep Liberty Engine Parts list for both available engines. It will only include the engine, not additional items like steering pump, alternator, AC etc.
