Control board shorting out

Hello, I have this GE washer that we replaced the drain pump because it was not draining even after replacing the drain pump. It was still not draining so we went ahead and replaced the control board new control board seems to have shorted out right under the drain pump connector and next to the dampener connector. Does anyone know what seems to be shorting it out? Drain pump is reading good at 20 ohms.
