Why does my laptop completely freeze the screen and start buzzing

It is a brand new laptop, no water damage, no other shown damages, charges fast, however drains also rather fast.

When I plug or unplug my laptop, it shows black screen for a while.why?

Whenever I watch a film or play something it is frequently glitching. In a form of stopping audio completely and making a glitched buzzing sound, paired with completely freezing the screen with no ability to move mouse or lower sound and simply, non respondent. What could possibly be the reason.

Well try the following:

  • Update all graphics drivers (from the manufacturer website, not Windows Update).
  • Update BIOS / firmware — brand new laptops often ship with buggy early BIOS versions.
  • Go to Control Panel → Power Options → Choose plan → Change advanced power settings → Graphics settings and set both “on battery” and “plugged in” to the same mode
  • Disable “Panel Self Refresh” if available in Intel Graphics Command Center.
  • Check your charger — must match exact OEM wattage and voltage.
  • Disable fast startup

If you have try the following and still facing the issue then I will suggest you to go for the replacement of your laptop.
