@septiasakinah you re not telling us what you have already checked. It is possible that his is a bad camera. It is also possible that this is a software issues (unlikely). Start your phone in safe mode and see if you camera works in that mode. If so you know that you have a 3rd party App that interferes with your camera. You would have to uninstall those Apps.

To put your phone in safe mode, press and hold the power button, then tap and hold the "Power off" option until a "Reboot to safe mode" prompt appears. Tap "OK" to restart in safe mode. To exit, simply restart the phone normally

If your camera still does not work in safe mode it is most likely the camera that has failed. You will need to replace it. Since iFixit does not yet have any specific guide for this, use something like this video to work on it. Not an identical phone but it is done the same way.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
