@thechoseno32660 your model number does not return anything. Does your TV has a label on the back cover? Post a picture of that label. Also post a picture what your boards etc. look like. By that I mean remove the back cover and take good, well focused pictures of everything you see. Post those with your question. This does sound an issue with the panel. Check your backlight first.
Turn the TV to a channel where you can hear the sound. Next, use a flashlight and shine the beam at an angle against the screen. Do that in a darkened room. See if you can make out shadows or shapes. If you do, then it is your backlight that has failed. If you do not see anything, unplug your set and remove the back cover. Take those pictures as suggested. It is possible that this is caused by the LVDS cables to your panel or by failed buffer boards. We need to see what you got going on here.

@thechoseno32660 so you have replaced ALL the boards? Sanyo made lots of TV's we need to know the exact model number for your TV. What exactly does it do? It turns on and you have no picture, your power LED turns on? Does it Blink? What have you actually checked?

yes it turns on with no pitcher but I have sound on the TV when I tap on the TV screen I can see the white lights and yes I replaced all the boards on the TV when I try to turn the sound up or down it doesn't display on the screen it self here is the model number:B4200848713844
