No power. Stopped mid-cycle with clothes washing.
Hello!
While I wait seemingly forever for Samsung techs to contact me to schedule a service call, I’m hoping for some guidance in the very least to get the wet clothes out of my drum.
I have a:

Purchased in July 2023.
I was washing clothes when I got an alert from my SmartThings app which said: “check water draining system.”
It became unresponsive after that, it was still lit up and “alive” but wouldn’t do anything, even through the SmartThings app.
Suddenly all power to it went out. To note, I have this stacked, with the dryer on top. I’m not able to move it on my own to get into anything on the top panel of the washing machine.
The dryer still has full power and is fully working - I have only one plug for both devices.
I’ve unplugged it and waited 30 min before plugging in, nothing.
I’ve flipped the circuit board, nothing,
I drained ALL of the water and cleared out the filter which was pretty clean to begin with.
Is there anything else I can do? I just want to get this door opened.
