There is no separate RTC (Real Time Clock, aka cmos) battery used in this laptop.
The RTC battery supply {shown as (+RTCBAT) +3VA_RTC in the schematic} is a feed taken from the main battery in the laptop.
If you wish to perform a BIOS reset, disconnect the charger form the laptop (if connected), open the laptop and disconnect the main battery¹ from the motherboard and then press and hold the power button operated for 30 seconds and release. Reconnect the battery to the motherboard, reassemble the laptop, connect the charger and turn it on.
Be aware that this will reset any user definable settings that have been changed by you and will also restore the firmware to its default state if it was corrupted, but doesn't restore the BIOS password.
¹ You don't have to remove the battery, just disconnect it from the motherboard. Here's a video that may help. The battery can be seen being disconnected at approx 7:29 minutes into the video.
