LT gets pressed and slowly releasing

My coworker tried installing an ExtremeRate clicky trigger kit after I did mine, but he ran into issues and asked me to fix it. Right now, the controller only works when the trigger is adjusted to the shortest throw, where the clicky switch actually engages, but it's really slow to release. It looks like he may have overheated the joystick area while soldering, though I'm not certain if that would affect the triggers. I removed all his solder, replaced the damaged ribbon cable, and reinstalled a new clicky kit, but the issue remains.

Hmm, the picture is somewhat blurry! I cannot zoom in.

Please check the traces, are they fine? Did you tried replacing the sticks again?

Thanks!
