Microphone Echo After Screen Replacement

Hi, I replaced the screen on my Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024). Everything seems to be working except for the microphone picking up both speakers when in calls. Meaning when someone calls, they can hear themselves speaking on their phone, regardless if my phone is on speakerphone or the regular speaker. I believe the microphone on my phone is picking up both speakers, resulting in the echo on their end. I did not have this issue prior to replacing the screen frame assembly.

The replacement screen frame assembly I got from Amazon did not come with the meshes. So I switched them over from my old screen frame assembly to my new phone. On the speaker phone, there was a rubber gasket mesh thingy on the outside of the frame that I transfered over to the new screen case assembly. For the microphone there was also a mesh rubber gasket thingy that was on the outside of the frame that I transfered over. There was also a rubber o ring like thingy underneath were the microphone would be once assembled inside of the frame under the PCB that I transfered over. It came apart when I transfered it over, but I was able to save most of it.

Looking at my old screen frame assembly, there is a cardboard paper like square with a cut out for the regular speaker (not speaker phone) that i forgot to transfer over. I don't think this would help with isolation, but something I will defiantly do just to eliminate it as being the possible cause. Because it just appears to be a piece of paper I doubt it has any isolation properties, but still worth trying. I get the echo on both speaker phone and regular speaker.

Came here to see if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Or if there was some microphone isolator material I could place over the microphone that I could buy off the Internet to ensure it is properly isolated?
