Wash programmes wont start. Diagnostics mode wont work.

Have a Beko wy124pt44mw washing machine, machine will not allow programmes to work. When i put into cottons cycle, it will lock the door operate the drain pump and then cease to progress. If i try to oerate any other cycle the door will lock and then the programme will cease.

I have entered diagnostics mode and all that happens is the lcd screen displays test and it will not show any error codes or allow me to progress diagnostics.

Any help or a service manual for this machine would be greatly appreciated.

Determined motor wasnt receiving power.

Motor control card has a blown fuse and also the pins on the plugs on the main control card for the motor control board and the door lock show signs of being burnt.

Would anyone obe able tonadvise next steps? Replace motor control card and door lock?
