evaporator fan not stopping twin cooling

That is normal. It continuously runs to circulate air and keep air passing over the temperature probe to more accurately monitor the cabinet temp. Only time that fan should turn off is when the unit enters a defrost cycle, or when the door is opened to prevent excessive amounts of moisture reaching the evap coil and freezing it up.
In other words, this is normal. Not something to be concerned about.

i just felt anxious because it is a new fridge and most of google answer say that the fan should stop.
Google can't be right all the time. I'm a refrigeration tech. You WANT the fans running because then the thermostat can more accurately maintain temp inside the box
