@imadhaimoura this sounds more like a main board/ power board issue than a T-con board issue. Also, you did no tell us how you checked the backlights and what you have checked overall. I would suggest that you start checking the voltages form the power board to the main board etc. For that we will need to see those boards as well.
Of course, nothing wrong with checking the T-con board. Start by checking for power on fuse F101 and then check for basic voltages on Vin (VCC), VDD (Vlogic, VDDD), VDA (Vs, Vsource, VDDA, AVDD), VGH (VGON, VoN, VDDG), and VGL (VGOFF, VoFF, VEEG).
The concerns I have with this is that you do not have any audio, which is no a function related to the T-con board at all. Audio is strictly related to the mainboard.

Hello. If there's a sound but no image, or you sure that CPU works correctly, you may try to change the T-con board, but fault can be in motherboard (output section), LVDS cables, T-con board and LCD panel accordingly. There's no warranty that fixing the T-con board will solve the problem. If you're sure it's T-con board, better to order the whole board.
