Transmission got rebuilt, now Speedo reads 4x actual speed

2014 ford f150 5.0, 6r80, 4x4. Transmission went out randomly, got rebuilt and installed, speedo ready at least 4x actual vehicle speed and wouldn’t shift out of 5th gear, removed trans again and got rechecked with no issues. Put in a new OE lead frame, now stuck in 3rd gear, cooling fans going crazy, and has trans fluid temp codes. Help??!!!
