Your Question doesn't really give enough detail to offer a good answer, to do that we need to know the circumstances leading up to it not responding at all and what you mean by that. Was it dropped, gotten wet, what if anything was going on before it quit working? What you have tried already... etc.

If we assume it is simply failing to turn on there are troubleshooting measures and potential fixes you can try to get it to turn on. It might be physically damaged or have a bad part, if so you will need to do or have done the appropriate repair but the following steps should fix it if it isn't damaged. If it's under warranty and the following steps fail to fix it, take or send it for warranty coverage.

1. Make sure the battery is charged to make sure it isn't just a dead battery. make sure the charging port is clean, remove any foreign material by blowing it out with compressed air. Use the original charger and cable that came with it, it it fails to charge try a different outlet different charger and cable or a (powered USB port on a PC or similar source) This should rule out a problem with your charger and cable. Once the battery is completely charged try turning it on, if that fails go on to the next step.

2. "Soft Reset" the device. This usually fixes any minor software problems: Press and hold the Power button until the device restarts this may take upwards of 45 seconds. if the problem persists go to the next step:

3. "Safe Mode" If an app you downloaded is causing the problem this allows only the pre-installed apps are allowed to run... if this works, uninstall the latest apps you added and see if that fixes it try one at a time until you identify the culprit and the phone starts normally. Do this: Turn Off your phone. Next: Press and Hold the Power Button... When you see the Oppo logo, release the Power button and hold the volume Down button until "safe mode" appears. if that fails to fix your problem try step 4.

4. Clean the cache partition to get rid of corrupt data that might be the cause, don't worry, the phone will rebuild the cache when it restarts. to do this: Press the Power key and choose to Power off. If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold the Button until the device switches off... at least a few seconds. Then: Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttond for a several seconds when the Oppo log appears let go the buttons, Select your language; Select Wipe Cache Partition; Tap ok; Reboot. If that Fails to fix the problem go to step 5.

5. "Factory Reset" The last resort because it returns the phone to it's out of the box state... all your data, accounts, apps everything but what it came with new will be GONE! To do this:

Press the Power button Power off. Again, If the screen is unresponsive, press and hold the Button until the device switches off... at least a few seconds. Then: Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons for a several seconds when the Oppo logo appears let go the buttons, Select your language; Select Wipe data; Wipe data (Keep SMS, Contacts and Photos); Tap ok; Reboot.

If all that fails, you need actual hardware repair of some sort, to advise on THAT give us more information... it could be the battery, it could be many things... let us know if this worked or if you need more help.

Good Luck!
