1 After Screen Replacement, lost Multi Touch
I replaced the cracked screen on a Samsung Galaxy A16 4G. The phone has now lost the multi touch capability (problems in games, no pinch to zoom when I look at an image in the galery.)
Now, I installed the Multitouch Test app, and the app recognized all the finger press I do (1 to 5 fingers). What can be the problem? Or technical terms I could google?
Edit : I downloaded a second app : Touch Screen Test. On that app, the multitouch doesn't work.

@jeanfranco39600 try your phone in safe mode and see if it works in that mode. If so, it's one of your Apps that may interfere. Press and hold the power button until the power-off options appear, then press and hold the "Power off" icon until the "Safe Mode" prompt appears, and finally tap "Safe Mode" to restart the device.

I tested in Safe Mode. I have the same problem : Can't pinch to zoom on an image.
I downloaded a second test app : Touch Screen Test. That app shows the multitouch not working.

If I put the old cracked screen back, the multitouch works. I will presume the screen I bought is defective and try to get a refund.
