Washer Drain(?) Pump Running Continuously

Kenmore 600s Washing Machine finished a cycle but the drain pump never stopped running even after the lights on the panel turned off.

I waited a bit and then unplugged it and when plugging it back in the drain pump was immediately running. I turned it on and it let's me select a cycle and even start a cycle but the pump was still running.

I unplugged it, left it unplugged for ~30 minutes, plugged it back in and there was no change, the pump started running immediately.

I held the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds with the machine both on and off but it did not appear to soft reset.

Lastly I put the washer in diagnostic mode and ran "51" and it completed the diagnostic cycle (including draining the small amounts of water pumped in during) without any errors.

Machine is 11 years old, first problems we've had with it.
