TLC Infrared issue remote all ok

Hi all my remote of my tv stopped working. The remote is ok as i had two tv and both work on on tv. I replaced the IR on the tv but still the same. I powered up the IR module with bench Power supply and when i press a button on remote voltage decreases. any idea what i can check on main board
