The SoC (CPU) is under the metal plate (Black chip which is barely visible under the plate)

It sounds like they didn’t fix it! I hope you didn’t pay anything for their lack of service!

Where do you live? Country and nearest major city. You need to find a better shop to help you. Apple will just replace the logic board, you need someone with micro-soldering skills.

All you're looking at is the metal shields that are normally covered by a piece of thermal tape. The tape has been removed, but that would have nothing to do with the phone not powering up.

Outside of a broken screen, there are almost no problems on a phone that can be diagnosed by sight, so there's really nothing we can tell you about what's wrong with it just by looking at your pictures.

Does it do anything when you plug in a charger, like vibrate or make a sound? How about being recognized when you plug it into a computer? Does the computer at least see that something's plugged in? Are all the flex cables inside firmly connected, especially the battery? Was the phone returned without the connector brackets, or did you take them off?

If there's any sign of life such as vibration when you hold the power button or plug in a charger, then I'd start with replacing the screen. If not then diagnosis is going to be harder; it's going to take someone who's good a troubleshooting to figure out what's happening with it. It would help if we knew what the original repair shop found and did to the phone, but you obviously don't want to take it back to them if they charged you that much money and all they accomplished was to break the phone even worse than it was, but if they can at least tell you what they did in the three months they had it, that would be a start.

If we knew what the analytic data contained when it was rebooting, there's a good chance we could have told you exactly what was wrong with the phone, but without being able to turn it on there's no way to know. Unless you're experienced in electronics troubleshooting and the use of a voltmeter, we're kind of handicapped here as to how much help we can give. If you have a USB ammeter, you could start with seeing how much current it draws when plugged into a charger. From there you'd have to trace the circuits, which is complicated by the fact that we don't have access to the schematic diagrams needed to troubleshoot the boards.

Long story short, at this point about all you can do is try to find a reputable repair shop who can handle board-level repairs. At the very least they should be able to troubleshoot your phone and tell you what it would take to fix it, although most shops are going to charge a fee for diagnostics. You can check out iFixit's business page for reputable repair shops, although you'll undoubtedly have to mail your phone to them.

If you want the best, iPad Rehab is one of the first and has the kind of expertise you'd need to get your phone working again, but there are plenty of other shops to pick from as well.

Do you know any reliable Analysis/stress test program. 3uTools seems to only charge for unnecessary things that don't work. And also contains viruses. Thank you for your answer. I am in Sweden. Btw.
