My phone is dead and not working

i rooted my mobile phone and then tried to move back to stock. when in root it was working fine and also during reverting back the stock rom flashed correctly. But, it didnt boot after 1st restart. I tried to connect it again with PC but no drivers were found, i had to install Qualcomm drivers and tried to connect it with PC by shorting 2 point near the battery. Now Mobile is detected by Flash Software but it couldnt install the Firmware.
